    We have extensive experience completing multi-family hvac systems in several townships. Nottingham Estates and Oakwood Ridge Apartments on Grand Island, Parkview Apartments in the City of Tonawanda, and MedTech Landing in Batavia are all JM Mechanical Projects

  • Commercial

    We assist in design of and install commercial systems for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation. The JM Team has built systems for a variety of light commercial applications such as plazas and restaurants. We also specialize in commercial rooftop replacement and installation.

  • Coolers and Freezers

    We service and install walk-in coolers and freezers for commercial clients. The JM Team has worked on many commercial cooler and freezer projects from erection to condensers and evaporators in custom build enclosures

VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow)

The future of cooling, we offer full installation, interface integration, and startup of VRF systems. VRF systems are energy efficient, quiet, and can be easily zoned to suit a buildings specific needs. This system eliminates the need for large ducts.

Hydronic and Steam Boilers

Commercial and Industrial boilers for a variety of use cases, whether hydronic or steam we have you covered. We offer and install a variety of brands, and tailor the system to your use case

Energy Recovery Ventilation

Exchange and retain better indoor air quality, and exhaust stale and contaminated indoor air. These units recover heat and moisture from the exhaust air to precondition the fresh incoming air. These units can be built with A-coils for cooling, and auxiliary electric heat.
